The new valve body enables the new valve to achieve continuous adjustability.

Previously, gate valves were universally adopted at oilfield water injection stations to regulate the water injection flow rate, which came with numerous drawbacks. Gate valves do not feature continuous adjustability, making it difficult to precisely control the volume of water injected into formations. The gate plate, a core component of the valve, is prone to deformation and failure during operation after prolonged exposure to corrosion by high-pressure and high-velocity water flow. In addition, when new production pipelines are put into service, particulate contaminants such as welding slag inside the pipelines can easily flow into water injection wells, causing unnecessary contamination.
The new ceramic water flow regulating valve boasts a simple structure, low operating torque, long service life, easy and flexible adjustment, and reliable long-term sealing performance.
The innovative valve body delivers continuous flow adjustability for the valve. Domestic anti-corrosion materials are applied to critical internal components to enhance the valve’s corrosion resistance. A filter plate is installed at the inlet of the flow channel, effectively cutting operational costs. Furthermore, this ceramic regulating valve realizes stepless continuous adjustment of injection water flow, effectively mitigating water-induced corrosion and well contamination caused by pipeline debris entering the well during valve installation.
